Malia Hasselius started her HOSA journey as a high school junior in a brand new chapter. From there, she quickly became the president of her local chapter and served as the activities coordinator for the 2022-2023 year. She has always loved how inspirational HOSA is and its ability to bring out unique skills that you might not even know you have. Outside of HOSA, Malia enjoys anything artsy whether that is upcycling through embroidery, painting, or anything of the sort. As of now, Malia is studying Biology at the University of Minnesota and is hoping to one day become a dermatologist.
