Still relishing in the twilight hours of his first year in HOSA-Future Health Professionals, Aditya has had a blast-and-a-half with his newfound family. Although his time with HOSA has been limited, the organization has not only led him to discover who he is as a person but given him a newfound sense of purpose. To that end, Aditya is beyond honored to serve as the President of Minnesota HOSA for the 2023-24 year. A senior at Edina High School, Aditya aspires to be a trauma surgeon and contribute to creating the tools needed to institute quick and efficient medical care. Acknowledging the immense potential within Minnesota HOSA, Aditya hopes to utilize its ability as an organization and commit to serving those affected by disparities in the field. He wants to transform HOSA into an organization that not only educates its members, but connects them and give them a space they can call home – as it so graciously did for him. In his spare time, Aditya elects to do anything related to the water. Born near the ocean in his original hometown of Chennai, India, Aditya developed a love for the surf and marinas at a young age. He’s also a big music nerd, listening to a strange variety of music. From Wallows to Lana Del Ray to Newsies, Aditya’s an avid listener of new music and loves receiving recommendations. While listening to his strange music, you can find Aditya either scrolling Instagram, looking for new architectural styles or perusing Pinterest for pictures of vintage cars. Ready and willing to serve, Aditya is beyond honored to serve an incredible organization full of dedicated people that he knows won’t back down when Dared to Create. As always, seize the day.
