Summary:
Arianna is a junior at Lakeville South High School and serves as chapter secretary as well as a MN HOSA Connect intern. As secretary she tracks officer and member attendance, maintains chapter records, manages the chapter Google Drive, and implemented a chapter point system to increase engagement. Through the Connect internship she has worked on outreach to schools and chapters and focused on building relationships with members and advisors. Arianna has attended multiple conferences including Fall Leadership Conference, Mid-Winter, and MRC Camp, and has competed in Health Career Display, HOSA Bowl, Pharmacology, and Pathophysiology. Outside of HOSA she is active in Student Council leadership and multiple school organizations while balancing part-time work.
