Mid-Winter Competitions
Region 1: January 5, 2026 – Eden Prairie
Region 2: January 7, 2026 – Anoka
Region 3: January 9, 2026 – Rochester

The Mid-Winter Competition is your first chance to jump into the action. As the kickoff to HOSA’s competitive season, it’s designed to help members test the waters, explore events, and start building confidence before the State Leadership Conference.

Not sure if you picked the right event? That’s the point—Mid-Winter is a no-pressure opportunity to try something new. Compete, reflect, and switch if needed. No commitment, no problem.

Chapters will be assigned to a Mid-Winter location at the start of the school year, and we’ll do our best to place each school at the site closest to them.

Beyond competition, Mid-Winter is also packed with connection. Chat with professionals at sponsor booths and other healthcare leaders who support HOSA’s mission. Learn more about career paths, scholarships, and future opportunities while you’re there.
