Bhavya is a sophomore at John Marshall High School and currently serves as president of her chapter, which she helped build and organize alongside her advisor. In this role, she leads officer and chapter meetings, assigns responsibilities, communicates expectations, and maintains regular check-ins with her officer team. She focuses on building clear structure within the chapter, improving communication, supporting fundraisers, and recruiting new members. Bhavya has attended Fall Leadership Conference, Mid-Winter, and MRC events and competed in Family Medicine Physician, placing 1st in the event. She is particularly interested in strengthening communication between state and local chapters and proposed regular officer Q&A sessions to help newer chapters receive guidance and support.
