I currently work for Fairview Health Services as a Workforce Development Consultant, supporting both Fairview and Ebenezer. My focus is on building pipelines for applicants, students, and current employees into our jobs, as well as connecting them with training, education, or scholarship programs we may offer. I have worked in HR Representative and Recruitment roles with Fairview since 1999 and bring a strong working knowledge of healthcare careers and an extensive recruitment background.
Before moving into the health and senior care sector, I worked in HR generalist roles in manufacturing.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors, traveling, and dancing. I spent 25 years as an official for the Minnesota State High School League dance team program. My passions also include family and scrapbooking.
I have two adult children and one small dog. I grew up in Blaine, Minnesota and now live in Savage/Burnsville.
Most of all, I enjoy guiding young adults as they explore health and senior care careers.
