Summary:
Kaitlyn is a junior at Blaine High School and has been involved in HOSA for three years as President-Elect and a HYPE intern. As President-Elect, she focuses on member support and communication by building relationships with chapter members, leading meetings when needed, and providing reminders and updates. She maintains small group communications to ensure members feel comfortable asking questions and staying informed. She also supports chapter operations by assisting her advisor and officer team wherever needed and helping coordinate volunteer activities. Through her internship, she contributed activity ideas, supported conference engagement, and assisted with event facilitation. She has attended multiple Fall Leadership Conferences, Mid-Winter conferences, State Leadership Conferences, and International Leadership Conferences. She has competed in Public Speaking, Parliamentary Procedure, Occupational Therapy, Health Career Display, Medical Innovation, Health Administration, PSA, Biomedical Equipment Technology, and Pharmacology, earning top placements at State in Public Speaking and Parliamentary Procedure.
