What is FLC? It’s the kickoff to your year in HOSA–Future Health Professionals and one of the best ways to discover everything HOSA has to offer.
The Fall Leadership Conference brings together hundreds of students from across Minnesota for a full day of hands-on healthcare experiences, leadership development, career exploration, and connection.
Explore healthcare careers through interactive exhibits and demonstrations. Meet colleges, employers, healthcare organizations, and community partners. Take part in breakout sessions, hear from professionals working across the health field, and discover opportunities for training, volunteering, job shadowing, and future education.
FLC is also a chance to meet HOSA members from across Minnesota, connect with State Officers, explore Competitive Events, and start deciding what you want your HOSA year to look like.
