Local HOSA officers are student leaders who guide their chapter’s activities, events, and member engagement throughout the year. They plan meetings, coordinate service projects, promote competitive events, and serve as the connection between their chapter and the state organization. These officers help inspire members, build teamwork, and ensure the chapter runs smoothly, creating meaningful experiences for everyone involved.

Welcome to the second edition of the Minnesota HOSA Chapter Guidance Kit!
Within this kit, you will find an abundance of resources to help start your year off with a splash! This edition of the kit will cover topics such as slideshow templates for meetings, icebreaker ideas, resources for promoting your chapter, fundraising ideas, and tips for running your chapter’s Instagram! A number of the slideshows and documents in this kit are to be used as templates. Please make a copy of any documents you use and edit them to fit your chapter. Do not edit any original documents. The Google Drive Kit is divided up into many different folders with information in each one. Explore around and use whatever materials that would be beneficial to your chapter! We hope you find this kit to be helpful and we can’t wait to cannonball into a new year of HOSA with you!
