Each year, HOSA–Future Health Professionals hosts a capstone leadership experience for State Officers and Local Chapter Leaders—designed to inspire, connect, and empower the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Now in its 19th year, the Washington Leadership Academy (WLA) offers four unforgettable days of experiential learning, real-world leadership training, and meaningful networking opportunities in the nation’s capital. Through dynamic workshops, advocacy-focused activities, and high-impact conversations, participants will grow as champions of HOSA’s mission and vision.
