Summary:
Dharinya is a junior at Lakeville North High School and has served as a local officer for nearly two years, first as historian and currently as vice president/president-elect. In her chapter she has led major fundraisers and service projects, managed member participation systems, stepped in to run the chapter during a president absence, redesigned and managed the chapter website, and created new engagement structures including mentor groups and open lab practice sessions. She also manages competitive event kits and Honor Chapter documentation. Dharinya has attended Fall Leadership Conference, Mid-Winter, and plans to attend State Leadership Conference this year. She has competed in CPR/First Aid, Biomedical Debate, Health Career Display, Creative Problem Solving (placed 8th at Mid-Winter), and multiple testing events, with additional placements including Health Informatics (7th) and Healthcare Administration (4th).
