Silvia Hallqvist is a professional HR leader with a career spanning over a decade in strategic workforce planning, change management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Silvia holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Leadership from Saint Cloud State University (2024). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University (2013), where she was part of the Travelers Edge Leadership Program. Additionally, she has an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Inver Hills Community College (2011), where she made the Dean’s List, joined the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and received the Breakthrough 3M Award and the SKB Environmental Scholarship. Continuing education and healthcare are two areas that Silvia is passionate about. As a HOSA Board Member, she is excited to watch the next generation of healthcare workers reach their fullest potential.
